The Academic Year 2024-2025 was a year of growth, achievement and meaningful learning for our school community. Through academics, co-curricular activities, competitions, celebrations and infra-structural development, we continued our mission of nurturing confident, responsible and compassionate individuals.
Pre-Primary Section
The Pre-Primary Section had a joyful and engaging year filled with creativity and exploration. Activities such as Kite Making, Tricolour Activity, Red Day Celebration and Art exhibitions helped young learners develop confidence, creativity and social skills.
Competitions like Fancy Dress, Singing, Handwriting, Dance, Storytelling and Recitation provided opportunities for children to express themselves and build self-esteem. Graduation Day marked a proud milestone in the students' early educational journey. We also welcomed new faculty members Ms. Reena Cardinho, Ms. Rupall Jadhav and Mrs. Larissa Patel, whose dedication further strengthened the pre-primary team.
Primary Section
The Primary Section witnessed enthusiastic participation in a wide range of activities. Creative tasks such as Puppet Making, Scroll Making, Doll Making, Clay Modelling, Drawing, lest Out Of Waste, Rakhi and Kite Making, and Art and Craft Exhibitions encouraged imagination and innovation.
Students showcased their talents through Class Presentations, Fancy Dress, Folk and Western Dance, Poster Making, Storytelling. Essay Writing, Choral Recitation, Group Action Songs, PPT presentations, March Past, General Knowledge Quizzes, and Inter-Class
American Baseball Tournaments. Special days such as Mock Drill Day, Global Handwashing Day, and Say No to Tobacco and Drugs Day were observed to promote awareness, safety and well-being.
The section was strengthened by the appointment of Ms. Shiny D'Mello, Ms. Vincilla D'Souza, Counsellor Ms. Mamta Vats, and Ms. Vidya Fernandes as support staff.
Secondary Section
The Secondary Section had a dynamic and productive Academic Year marked by innovative programmes and achievements. Educational initiatives such as Medical Eye Check-Ups, Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Sessions, Cybercrime Awareness Workshops, English Literary Week, Art and Science Exhibitions and Beach Clean-up Drives enhanced students' knowledge and social responsibility
Students excelled in competitions including English Debate and Elocution, Inter-Class Cricket Tournaments, Patriotic and Folk Dance Contests and Inter-House Girls' Football matches, displaying remarkable talent and sportsmanship.
A significant highlight of the year was the 100% success rate in the SSC Board Examinations (2024-2025). Out of 221 students, 22 secured above 90%, 137 achieved distinction, 76 secured first class and 38 obtained second class.
The top achievers were Ms. Riddhi Bangera (First Rank), Mst. Saksham Pandey (Second Rank) and Mst. Sai Shelar (Third Rank).
Events, Celebrations & Infrastructure Development
The school celebrated numerous events including Marathi Bhasha Diwas, Maharashtra Day, Yoga Day, Investiture Ceremony, Ecology Week, Hindi Bhasha Diwas, Christmas, St. John's Feast, Alumni Meet, Silver Jubilee Celebration, Republic Day, Grandparents' Day, and independence Day, fostering cultural awareness and unity.
Significant infra-structural upgrades were introduced across all sections. These included new classroom and corridor wall paintings,
upgraded storage facilities, installation of terrace puff sheets, a new computer laboratory, renovation of administrative offices, installation of water filters and improved student facilities. The weekly off was also shifted from Thursday to Saturday to support academic planning and student well-being.
We also take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to Tr. Nancy Lewis and Tr. Asha D'Mello on their retirement. Their years of dedicated service, commitment to education and valuable contribution to the growth of our school have left a lasting impact on the institution and the lives of many students. We wish them good health, happiness and a fulfilling journey ahead.
Guided by the theme "Harmony in Differences" the school community worked together with dedication and unity. We extend our sincere gratitude to our management, parents, teachers, non-teaching staff and students for their constant support and cooperation. Together, we continue to strive for excellence while shaping young minds for a brighter and responsible future
